Modern Amenties!  All rooms have private baths, and in-room controlled air conditioning and heat.
Also, you'll find a hair-dryer, iron and an ironing board in your room.

Parking:  Parking at the Eliza Thompson House is limited to street parking; however, at check-in you may purchase a 48-hour pass for $12. This pass is valid at any city meter marked for one hour or more as well as any city garage. Meters in our area run from Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Smoking Policy:  All of our guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the open courtyard area only.

Pet Policy:  We're sorry, but pets are not allowed at The Eliza Thompson House.  Our sister properties, Olde Harbour Inn & East Bay Inn, do accept pets.  Please give them a call if you are traveling with a pet companion!

Children:  Children are not permitted at The Eliza Thompson House.  If you are traveling with a child, we suggest The Marshall House, East Bay Inn or Olde Harbour Inn.  These three historic hotels are more child-friendly and are very suitable for comfortable family getaways.

WiFi:   The Eliza Thompson House does provide complimentary internet access throughout the property.  We also have a computer and printer available for guest use in our Parlor.
