The South Magazine Investigated The Eliza Thompson House and Declared it Ghostly!

Whether you believe in the spirited tales of ghostly spirts or not, we invite you to enjoy Savannah's Haunted History from The Eliza Thompson House on historic Jones Street. 

Writers from The South Magazine did just that when they stayed at The Eliza Thompson House to get a first-hand reporter's view of paranormal activity at the Inn. The writers stayed awake throughout the night to study the creaks and nuances of this historic home. The resulting article, titled "Fright Night," was the subject of much conversation and speculation on the spirits that inhabit Savannah's older homes.  Using their own "Fright-O-Meter" scale to compare the houses researched, the writers concluded that The Eliza Thompson House was a 4.5 out of 5.
